Alice Despard performed vocals and acoustic and electric guitars on all tracks, bass on "Red Clay" and "She's Making Faces," balalaika on "Walk" and "Christ on TV," concertina on "Firmament," Casio keyboard on "Christ on TV," and tambourine on "Walk."

Evan Pollack performed percussion on all tracks except "Walk," and backing vocals on "November Day" and "Astral Thread."

Bobby Birdsong performed electric and pedal steel guitars on "November Day," electric guitars on "Hassled," and 12-string acoustic and electric guitars on "Astral Thread."

Mastered by Mark Edmonson at South Moon Productions in Burke, Virginia. All songs composed by Alice Despard, published by Sporetunes, copyright 1998, except "Red Clay," composed by Stuart Chandler, and "Learning to Live on Your Own," composed by the Mekons. Cover art painted by Stuart Chandler. Sleeve designed by Alice Despard with production assistance from Mark Robinson.
